Translate prompt template in browser (experimental)

When enabled, PB3k will attempt to translate the *template text* into your Output language when you change Output language, or when you click Generate/Copy (HTTPS + supported browsers only). What the character means (type in your language) In the output, the “spoken line” appears above the dialogue block with the target language label.
